This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 21.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1394 of 2015 in D.V.C. No.169 of 2011 on the file of the court of IV Metropolitan Magistrate (Traffic Mobile Court), Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law.
