Learned counsel for the appellant present. He filed a memo dated 09.11.2022 stating that the appellant settled the subject matter of the appeal and paid the amounts to the full satisfaction of the decree holder in E.P.No.301 of 2019 in O.S.No.1639 of 2016 and as such the appellant intend to withdraw the appeal.

Recording the above said submission, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
