ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing Proceedings in Letter No.21403/M1/2013, dt.07.01.2014, without considering the request for deleting the entire land in Sy.No.25/B (Old) and New Sy.No.25 of Kazipet Jagir village of Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal district from D.P.No.35 of 1992 is illegal, arbitrary and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to delete the entire land in Sy.No.25/B (Old) and New Sy.No.25 of Kazipet Jagir village of Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal district from D.P.No.35 of 1992."

After arguing the case, Sri Meherchand Nori, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client will be satisfied if he is permitted to submit his objections before respondent No.2 to the proposal for regularisation of draft layout in respect of Survey Nos.17 to 19, 25, 27 of Kazipet Jagir (V) and Survey No.548 of Waddepally (V).

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit his objections within two weeks from today. Within three months from the date of receipt of objections from the petitioner, respondent No.2 shall consider the same and after notice to the petitioner and developer of the layout, it shall take appropriate decision.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.Nos.6945, 6946 & 47520 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 07th December, 2015 VGB
