Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had approached 2nd respondent to declare land admeasuring Ac.9.76 cts in Sy. No.1251 of A.S.Pet village and Mandal of Sri Potti Sreeramulu Nellore District under Section 9 of the A.P. Escheats and Bona Vacantia Act, 1974 and that the said application is not disposed of by 2nd respondent. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider and dispose of the petitioner's application within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
