THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1510 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was filed alleging nonimplementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32685/2015 dated 08.10.2015.

The said writ petition was filed by the petitioner seeking release of the service and retiral benefits by treating him to be in service upto the date of his superannuation on 31.10.2007. The petitioner relied on the order of this Court in W.P.No.27085/2015 dated 26.08.2015 and keeping in view the said order, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner dated 26.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders in terms of the said order dated 26.08.2015 in W.P. No.27085/2015.

Now, the learned counsel for respondents produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 27.06.2016 passed in alleged compliance of the order of this Court dated 08.10.2015 by taking into consideration the earlier order dated 26.08.2015.

In view of the said order dated 27.06.2016, this Court sees no ground to proceed further with the Contempt Case. But, if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open to him to challenge in appropriate proceedings.

ARLR, J CC. No1510 of 2016 Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
