This petition is filed, by the petitioners, who are the accused, seeking for quash of the proceedings in Crime No.392 of 2010 of Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 403, 406, 420, 468 and 471 IPC. 2.

The counsel for the petitioners reports that the matter ended in compromise. A Memo was filed along with a copy of the notarised Memorandum of compromise.

The parties are also present before this court and the court verified with the parties. The parties have admitted about the fact of compromise.

Hence, this court opines that continuance of further proceedings against the petitioners would be an abuse of process of law.

Recording the said Memo, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.392 of 2010 of Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
