HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 1075 of 2003 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct respondent-Corporation to absorb the petitioner in a suitable post in the backlog reservation post in view of Section 33 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995.

In that view of the matter, ends of justice would be met if the petitioner is directed to submit a representation to the respondentCorporation to that effect within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in which case, the respondent authorities shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
