THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.17404 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings issued by respondent No.2 on 17.7.2007.

This Court granted interim suspension on 14.8.2007 and the same was made absolute on 27.9.2007, which is in favour of the petitioner. Hence, taking into consideration of the fact that a period of nine years has elapsed, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
