This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the V Additional District and Sessions Judge at Kothagudem to dispose of Criminal Revision Petition No.60 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge at Kothagudem is hereby directed to dispose of Criminal Revision Petition No.60 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
