St.Joseph School Of Nursing, Rep. By Its Correspondent v. The Government Of A.P. Rep. By Its Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.17278 of 2008 ORDER ::
This writ petition is filed challenging GO Ms.No.283, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (K2) Department, dated 2307-2008, whereby the 1st respondent sought to stall the admissions into the petitioner-Nursing school for the academic year 2008-09.
2. This Court while admitting the writ petition, granted interim order on 18-08-2008, which was later extended until further orders, staying the operation of the impugned GO dated 23-072008. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the period for which the impugned GO was issued stopping admissions, has been over and on account of the interim order, the said GO rendered ineffective and the interim order worked out for itself. In the circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition as the interim order itself worked out the cause in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J Dated: 23-02-2016
