This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 4 to 13 in refusing to issue application forms to the petitioners for admission into management quota seats (Category C(1)) in undergraduate Medical and Dental Courses for the academic year 201314. It is submitted by both the learned Counsel that the relief sought

in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
