HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.3300 of 2007 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed declaring the surcharge order of respondent No.1 dated 16.12.1999, as confirmed by the Cooperative Tribunal, Warangal, in CTA.No.24/2003 dated 24.08.2005, as illegal and arbitrary.

During the course of hearing, a representation has been made by Sri MMM.Srinivas Rao, learned Counsel, representing Sri Kowturu Pawan Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, that the matter has become infructuous. Recording the submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
