THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.15720 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

In spite of granting sufficient time on 05.06.2015, learned Government Pleader did not get any instructions nor filed any counter affidavit. Hence, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal with the consent of the parties.

The petitioner is one of the directors of the Fishermen Cooperative Society, Akkenapally Village, Narketpally Mandal, Nalgonda District. The said Society owns a tank named as 'Gopal Reddy Kunta'. While so, pursuant to the report of the fifth respondent, the fourth respondent addressed a letter dated 30.03.2015 to the third respondent with a request to send proposals to the second respondent for transfer of Gopal Reddy Kunta to the Fisheries Department, as the said tank comes under Irrigation Department.

When the third respondent did not take any action, the present Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent. In view of the facts and circumstances mentioned in the Writ Petition and since the present Writ Petition is filed only for the relief of taking further action by the third respondent pursuant to the letter of the fourth respondent dated 30.03.2015 addressed to the third respondent, the third respondent is directed to take further necessary action in respect of the said letter of the fourth respondent within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
