This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action on the letter Rc.No.49/NVBDCP/2015, dated 13.08.2015 of the 3rd respondent regarding regularisation of the services of the petitioner as regular Field Worker in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance and Planning (FWPC.III) Department, dated 22.04.1994, in spite of availability of clear regular vacancies of Field Worker as highly illegal, against the principles of natural justice, equity and fair play and prays to direct the respondents herein to regularise the services of the petitioner as Field Worker in the existing vacancies available in the department in Nalgonda District, and pass such order or orders in the interest of justice." 2.

This Court, by order dated 28.11.2016 in W.P.M.P.No.50807 of 2016, directed the respondent authorities for consideration of the petitioner's services for regularisation in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22.04.1994, taking into account the proceedings, dated 13.08.2015. Consequently, by the said interim order, the claim of the petitioner was considered and the same was rejected by Memo No.705/F1/2017, dated 21.02.2017.

Challenging the said rejection, the petitioner filed W.P.No.9896 of 2017.

In view of the subsequent developments, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions in W.P.No.9896 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
