This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.201 of 2017 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for trial of cases under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act-cum-VII Additional Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in the subject Sessions Case the petitioners/ accused Nos.1, and were acquitted on 09.07.2018.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
