THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.9895 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.11.2016 terminating the services of the petitioner as Field Assistant. The service conditions of the Field Assistants are regulated by Human Resources Policy. In para 13 of the said Policy, redressal mechanism is created by way of an appeal against the order of termination to the District Collector. Without availing the remedy of appeal, this Writ Petition is filed. Having regard to the Human Resources Policy governing the service conditions of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal against the order of termination. It is needless to mention that as and when such appeal is filed, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of institution of appeal.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J 24th March, 2017.
