At the outset, learned Government Pleader informs the Court that the persons for whose production instant Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed have been arrested in connection with Crime No.128 of 2015 registered at Tiruvannamalai Police Station in the State of Tamil Nadu and they are presently in police custody. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach concerned Court in Tamil Nadu for appropriate relief.
