HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1499 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 09.08.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.25159 of 2016 in W.P.No.32233 of 2013.

It appears that an order was passed on 04.10.2016 in pursuance of the directions of this Court, but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order was passed by an incompetent person. This Court feels that since the main writ petition itself is pending, the validity or otherwise of the order can be canvassed in the main writ petition. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
