THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24379 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the crime against the unofficial respondent based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.8.2014 as illegal, arbitrary and malafide and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

During the course of arguments, learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.233 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 447, 427 and 506 IPC was registered. 4.

Since the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that inaction on the part of the respondents 2 and 3 in registering the crime against the un-official respondents and that the crime is now registered as stated supra, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J 12th December 2019 mar
