2. For the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad on or before 31.03.2015 and on her appearance, the learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad shall recall the NBW issued against her.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
