THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.22417 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the service of the petitioner as Charger Safety Lamp. Cat. III although he is working in the said post since more than 13 years in 2nd respondent Mine continuously and having recruited for the said post in 1991 and now not allowing to work in Lamp Room without any notice/proceeding/order to defeat his claim for regularization as illegal and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to regularize his service as Charger Safety Lamp. Cat. III from 01-03-1991.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 27-04-2016. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
