THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI APPEAL SUI T NO.982 of 2012 JUDGMENT: (per SK,J) Sri T.Lakshminarayana, learned counsel for the appellants, filed Memo dated 23.11.2017 stating that the parties to this appeal along with the plaintiff in O.S.No.333 of 2012 went before the Lok Adalat constituted by the District Legal Services Authority, Nellore, on 09.09.2017 and in terms of the Lok Adalat Award No.654 of 2017 in O.S.No.333 of 2012 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, Nellore, the appellants herein, being defendants 2 and 3 in O.S.No.333 of 2012 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, Nellore, undertook to withdraw this appeal. A copy of the said Lok Adalat Award is placed on record.

In the light of the compromise arrived at by the parties herein along with the plaintiff in O.S.No.333 of 2012 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, Nellore, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 04.12.2012 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
