2. In fact, against respondent No.1, the decree holder, the present revision petition was dismissed on 27.11.2012 for default. Respondent No.2, the Accounts Officer, O & M Division, Kothagudem Thermal Power Station, is only a garnishee.

3. It appears, the revision petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the present revision petition against respondent No.1, who is the decree holder, as he has not filed any application to set aside the dismissal order passed against respondent No.1.
