The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D Purna Chandra Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor (TG) for Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner-A1 shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one surety belonging to the State of Andhra Pradesh for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palamaner, Chittoor District. The petitioner is directed to report before the S.H.O concerned daily in between 10. a.m., and 5 p.m., until further orders.

Substitute, this amended order in place of earlier order which was already dispatched on 18-1-2016.
