HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7842 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A2 & A3 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.827 of 2017 of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, which was registered for the offences under Sections 498-A & 307 of IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 31.03.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 31.01.2018 before the IX MM Kukatpally, and PRC No. is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.827 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
