THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.29354 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the appeal filed by them before the 3rd respondent against the refusal endorsement of the 4th respondent, dated 10.06.2015, is not being taken up and no date is fixed and as such, they seek intervention of this Court.

Evidently, the petitioners appeal is dated 11.08.2015 and is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent.

In view of the fact that the petitioners are apprehending dispossession by the 4th respondent, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to fix an early date to hear the appeal and pass appropriate orders in the interlocutory application of the said appeal at least within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
