CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.19039 of 2009 Dt: 02.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or direction calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 18 6 2009 passed by the AP State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Hyderabad in FA No 446 of 2007 and set aside the same as illegal without jurisdiction and contrary to the provisions of Consumer Protection Act and consequently direct adjudication of FA No 446 of 2007 by duly constituting the Bench of the State Commission." At the hearing, Mr.K.Gopal, learned Counsel representing Mr.P.Durga Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the parties have settled the dispute and that the Writ Petition has, accordingly, become infructuous.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
