HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 30146 of 2012 Order:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in adopting different standards for the purpose of verification, scrutiny and approval of students under "B" category admissions in institutions that are charging a higher fee differently from institutions that are charging a fee of Rs.35,000/- and in not appointing Inspection Teams for verification of "B" category admissions to all the institutions in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
2. When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
