HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 33529 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings Roc.No.Edn.5/23624/2001, dated 02.04.2016 issued by the 1st respondent in so far as it relates to denial of salary and other consequential benefits from 15.10.2001 contrary to Government Memo No.29126/Endts.III/A2/2011, dated 11.09.2015 read with order dated 15.10.2001 passed in WP No.21410 of 2001.

It is the case of the petitioner that though the petitioner made representation dated 17.08.2017 to the 1st respondent requesting to pass orders for fixation of his pay with effect from 15.10.2001, payment of arrears of salary for the period he was kept out of TTD Service, regularization of his service in the cadre of cleaner with effect from 15.10.2001 and declaration of his probation two years thereafter and for all other benefits, monetary or otherwise, on par with other Hostel workers, no orders are passed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents Since the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2017 is stated to be pending before the 1st respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the

1st respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
