Learned counsel for the petitioners says that this Court disposed of similar writ petition No.24995 of 2017 by its order dated 27-07-2017. The same is not disputed by learned for Standing Counsel for respondents 4 to 6. In view of the same, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed and the proceedings 17-06-2016 passed by the 3rd respondent removing the petitioners from the post of Field Assistant working in their respective Gram Panchayats in Ranasthalam Mandal, G.Sigadam, Srikakulam and Kaviti Mandal of Srikakulam District are set aside. The members of the Three-Man Committee constituted pursuant to the order dated 31-12-2015 in WP.No.

27468 of 2015 and Batch are directed to apply their mind to the explanations offered by each of the petitioners and consider why the explanations offered cannot be accepted; and the said Committee is directed to strictly follow the direction of this Court mentioned above and consider objectively the explanations given by each of the petitioners and record reasons briefly as to why the explanations given are not acceptable and if they are found not acceptable.

Field Assistants. This exercise shall be completed within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
