S.Fahimunnisa Begum v. Sri A.Rashmi,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE.No.2016 OF 2014
O R D E R
This Contempt Case is filed alleging the violation of orders dated 19.09.2014 passed in W.P.No.27049 of 2014 wherein this Court directed the respondents not to demolish the structures. When the matter was listed on 05.12.2014, notice was ordered to the respondents. Again when the matter was listed on 19.12.2014, the learned counsel for the respondents stated that the 1st respondent, who is a law officer is not a necessary party to this contempt case. As such the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for impleading necessary parties. When the matter is listed on 09.06.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner again sought time for impleading necessary parties. It appears that petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh contempt case after impleading necessary parties. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J Date: 22.06.2015 dv
