THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.14449 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to issue an order or direction in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to produce the detenue viz., Bijjam Venu Gopal Reddy before this Court and release him from the illegal detention of respondent Nos.3 to 4 and set him free.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by learned Advocate General (AP) appearing for the respondents that the alleged detenue was arrested, Crime No.80 of 2015 was registered against him and he was produced before the Magistrate concerned.

4. Since there is no illegal detention, the question of entertaining the writ of Habeas Corpus does not arise. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
