This petition is filed, under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The facts of the case do not entitle the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail as the allegations are that the she has misappropriated Rs.4 lakhs.

However, as per the request of the counsel for the petitioner, the Investigation Agency is directed to follow the guidelines in ARNESH KUMAR v. STATE OF BI HAR1 before effecting arrest of the petitioner.

The criminal petition is disposed of.
