HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO I.A. No.2 OF 2019 IN/AND WRIT APPEAL No.280 OF 2019 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) Third parties to a writ petition have come up with the above writ appeal along with an application to condone the delay of 134 days in filing the writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr. Chandraiah Sunkara, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants. Mr. D. Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the Telangana State Public Service Commission and Mrs. B. Rachna Reddy, learned counsel, takes notice for some of the contesting respondents.

3. The order impugned in this writ petition, has already been set aside by this Court by a judgment, dated 03.06.2019, in W.A. No.1525 of 2018 and batch. The judgment delivered by this Court in the said writ appeal is a comprehensive one which covers all parties. Therefore, the present writ appeal is unnecessary.

4. Hence, the application for condonation of delay and the Writ Appeal are closed, making it clear that the judgment, dated 03.06.2019, in W.A. No.1525 of 2018 and batch will apply to all parties. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ appeal, shall stand closed.
