HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22170 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application under Form VI A to the 3rd respondent for mutation and for issuance of pattdar pass book and title deeds as contemplated under Section 4(1), read with Rule-18 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattdar Pass Books Act, 1971 and rules framed there under, but, as no action is being taken, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application dated 19.04.2016 submitted by the petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to dispose of the same. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dispose of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
