Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand dismissed.
