On 27.10.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 02.11.2015. On 03.11.2015, there was no representation and hence the matter was directed to be listed on 07.11.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 07.11.2015 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the evening session and as a final chance the matter was posted to 13.11.2015 under the same caption.

Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation either in the morning or in the post lunch session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
