This Application is filed seeking leave of the Court for withdrawing the Company Petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

There being none supporting the winding up of the respondent company pursuant to the advertisement issued with respect to admission of the Company Petition, 09.02.2017, there cannot be any objection for withdrawing the Company Petition. I.A.No. 1 of 2019 is therefore, ordered and the Company Petition is accordingly, dismissed.
