Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby releasing the petitioner on bail pending investigation/ enquiry and trial in Cr.No.69 of 2016 of Kodakandla PS, Warangal District, registered for the offences under Sections 304 (B), 498 (A) of IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A1, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to file fresh application at an appropriate stage. Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
