THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.4987 of 2016 ORDER :

The grievance of petitioner in this Writ Petition is that a Revision Case No.1196/2015 filed before 2nd respondent on 09.03.2015 challenging the order dt.10.09.2013 in Appeal No.G/3661/2012 of 3rd respondent is not being disposed of by 2nd respondent, and that petitioner is deprived of compensation granted for acquisition of land which is subject matter of the Revision by Singareni Collieries Co. Ltd. on this count.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), appearing for respondents, states that 2nd respondent will decide the Revision filed by petitioner against the order of 3rd respondent within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the Revision Case No.1196/2015 filed by petitioner on 09.03.2015 challenging the order passed by 3rd respondent on 10.09.2013 in Appeal No.G/3661/2012 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate its decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ

Petition, shall stand closed.
