I.A.No.1 of 2020 is filed to condone the delay of 153 days in presenting the present criminal revision case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled the matter amicably outside the Court. To that effect, a memo, dated 18.03.2021, is filed, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case.

In view of the memo and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I.A.No.1 of 2020 and the criminal revision case are dismissed as withdrawn.
