When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel representing the respondent Corporation produced proceedings bearing No.Lr.No.HR/1399/2015-16/1115, dated 05.01.2016, cancelling the proceedings, dated 30.11.2015, impugned in the writ petition. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
