OFFICE NOTE 22.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitionersA.1 and A.2 to relax the conditions imposed by this Court vide order, dated 02.03.2026 in Crl.P.No.2697 of 2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioners have been appearing before the Investigating Officer concerned. The same is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the above, the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a period of eight (8) weeks, for the purpose of investigation or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier and thereafter, as and when required, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before Investigating Officer concerned as and when required.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
