P. Adinarayana Murthy, v. Ch. Kumar,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.1055 of 2015 ORDER:
This revision is preferred challenging the order dated 01-05-2015 passed in Crl.M.P. No.536 of 2015 in C.C. No.56 of 2014 by the II Special Magistrate, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, wherein the learned Special Magistrate, while allowing the petition filed by the petitioner invoking the provisions under Section 70 (2) of Cr.P.C., imposed a condition to execute bond for Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for a like sum. The prayer of the petitioner in this revision is to reduce the bond amount and also to alter the sureties from two to one.
Having heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the revision can be disposed of with the following directions :
The petitioner/accused is directed to surrender before the Court on or before 10-07-2015 and on such surrender, the trial Court is directed to recall the warrant on execution of bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) with one surety for a like sum and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court
regularly.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed.
