This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents Nos. 2 and 3 in not acting upon complaint of the petitioner dated 27.11.2012 as illegal and arbitrary.

Based on the written instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that Crime No.29 of 2014 of Kunavaram Police Station, was registered against respondents Nos. 5 to 7 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506 of IPC. 3.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed and accordingly, writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
