This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the inaction of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, in not deciding O.S.No.67 of 2009.

During pendency of the present revision, the suit itself was disposed of on 23.02.2015 by the trial Court as no stay was granted by this Court. Since the purpose as sought for by the petitioner is already served, there is no need to pass further orders in this Revision.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous as the suit itself was disposed of by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
