The grievance of the petitioner is that the application made by the petitioner on 22.06.2016 for mutation of her name in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5-00 in sy.No.1232 situated in Tippayapalle Village, Pullampet Mandal, YSR Kadapa District before the 3rd respondent is not being disposed of so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel or the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to disposed of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
