Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner is a resident of Pulivendula, YSR Kadapa District and she was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of Shop No.15, Pulivendula village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. While so, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 27.05.2015 on the ground that she was running the shop through a benami person and thus violated the Control Order and she submitted an explanation on 05.06.2015. After receipt of the explanation when her authorization was suspended, the present writ petition is filed. I have carefully perused the impugned order dated 15.06.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent. From the explanation filed by the petitioner, this Court feels that an enquiry has to be conducted in the matter and this is not a fit case to interfere with the enquiry at this stage.

In that view of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and pass final orders thereon within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly following the principles of natural justice in the enquiry process. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
