This Writ Petition was filed questioning the Notification No.12345/Advt.I/2011, dated 28.11.2011, issued by the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
