HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.6510 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioners in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in conducting the survey for the lands of the petitioners in Sy.Nos.185, 188, 190, 191, 199, 200, 203 and 204 situated at Alwal Village, Keshampet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and fixing the boundaries for the lands as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and much against the legal and fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the survey for the above mentioned lands and fix the boundaries in accordance with law and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Perusal of the record reflects that a proper application by way of a F-line petition was submitted online by the petitioners along with the requisite fee on 16.4.2018. Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Keshampet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to remain somnolent.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Keshampet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioners' F-line petition dated 16.4.2018 in accordance with law expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ________________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 01st April, 2019 dr
